How do I get my club listed?

Register as a club, claim or create your listing, and complete your profile (courts, opening hours, etc.). Once you’re on a paid plan, your club appears on the public site and in the player app so players can find and book your courts.

What is the Smash club assistant?

It is an AI assistant built into the club dashboard for subscribed club owners and staff—not for players. You can ask questions in plain language, read live club data (bookings, schedule, settings), and get proposed changes as confirmation cards. Nothing is saved automatically—you confirm or reject each action. It is included with Starter and Growth subscriptions.

How does billing work?

Plans are billed monthly or yearly. With yearly billing you get 2 months free. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time from your club dashboard.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the club dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period, and we’ll prorate if needed.

What sports does Smash support?

Smash supports tennis, padel, and pickleball. You can add courts for any of these sports (or mix them) and set prices and availability per court.

Do I have to use Smash for online booking?

No. If your club already uses another booking system, you can keep it. You can turn off online booking in Smash and link players to your existing booking site, while still benefiting from your public club page, events, reviews, discovery, and club tools.

Is this a replacement for Playtomic?

Smash can be a full replacement for Playtomic, but you don't have to choose one or the other. Many clubs keep using Playtomic for bookings while using Smash for an SEO-optimized public listing, events, reviews, discovery, and tools like our AI poster generator. Both platforms work well side by side and help your club reach more players and get more exposure.

Do players pay through Smash?

Only if you want them to. Online payments are optional — you choose in the dashboard whether to enable them. When enabled, players can pay online when they book, but they can still pay at the venue. Payouts follow your plan and payment settings when you accept online payments.

What kind of support is included?

All plans include email support. Starter has standard response times; Growth includes 8-hour response time.

Can I use my own posters for my events?

Yes. When you create or edit an event, you can upload your own poster or images. The AI poster generator is optional—you do not have to use it for your events.

Can I allow players to book more than 1 court?

Yes. In your club settings you can set the maximum number of open reservations each player can hold at your club at once, or leave it unlimited. Smash also lets players book multiple courts in a single same-day reservation—the limits you set and court availability determine what they can book.
