What is included in the free trial?

Register as a club or claim your listing to start a free trial (7 days). You get dashboard access to set up your profile, courts, events, classes and clinics, coach profiles, and marketing tools for that window. Your club stays listed on the public site and in the player app after the trial ends, even if you do not subscribe. Choose Starter or Growth when you want online booking, marketing tools, and full dashboard access.

How do I get my club listed?

Register as a club, claim or create your listing, and complete your profile (courts, opening hours, and so on). Your club can stay listed on the public site and in the player app without a paid plan. Start with the free trial to try dashboard tools; choose Starter or Growth when you want online booking and marketing features.

What is the Smash club assistant?

It is an AI assistant in the club dashboard for subscribed club owners and staff, not for players. Ask in plain language instead of learning every screen: live bookings and schedule, event drafts, block-offs, pricing, FAQ, review replies, memberships, and more. Proposed changes show as confirmation cards. Nothing saves until you confirm or reject. Included with Starter and Growth. Available in English, Spanish, and Dutch.

Can I use Smash for Clubs on my phone?

Yes. Smash for Clubs is built for club admins who are not always at a desk. Open it on your phone to check the schedule, handle bookings, and keep the day moving while you walk the courts. Other platforms often wait until you sit down at a laptop.

How does billing work?

Plans are billed monthly or yearly. With yearly billing you get 1 month free. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time from your club dashboard.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the club dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period, and we will prorate if needed.

What sports does Smash support?

Smash supports tennis, padel, and pickleball. You can add courts for any of these sports (or mix them) and set prices and availability per court.

Do I have to use Smash for online booking?

No. If your club already uses another booking system, you can keep it. You can turn off online booking in Smash and link players to your existing booking site, while still using your public club page, events, classes and clinics, coach profiles, reviews, discovery, and club tools.

Is this a replacement for Playtomic?

Smash includes club marketing features Playtomic does not: an SEO-optimized public page, event promotion, AI posters, and outreach to nearby players. Keep using Playtomic for bookings if you like, and add Smash when you want to grow. Smash can also handle online booking itself and charges 0% commission on booking and membership payments. Do players pay through Smash?

Only if you want them to. Online payments are optional. When enabled, players can pay online when they book or subscribe to a membership, or still pay at the venue. Smash charges 0% commission on online payments for court bookings and memberships; standard Stripe processing fees still apply.

What kind of support is included?

All plans include priority support via email and WhatsApp.

Can I use my own posters for my events?

Yes. When you create or edit an event, you can upload your own poster or images. The AI poster generator is optional.

Can I allow players to book more than 1 court?

Yes. In club settings you can set the maximum number of open reservations each player can hold at once, or leave it unlimited. Players can also book multiple courts in a single same-day reservation when availability allows.
