Do I need to change my booking system?
No. Keep your current booking system exactly as it is. Smash can handle only your events, posters, tournaments and player alerts, next to whatever you already use.
What does the free trial cost?
Nothing. No payment is required to start, and your club stays listed on Smash after the trial, even if you do not subscribe.
Which tournament formats can I run?
Single elimination, round robin, and groups to knockout, in singles or doubles. One event can have several categories, like Women A and Men B. Players can also run their own Americanos in the free Smash app.
How do players know when and where they play?
When you publish the schedule, every player gets a push notification and an email with their court and time. If a match moves, the players involved are notified again.
Can I run a tournament over several days?
Yes. Plan matches across as many days and courts as you need. Courts are held for match times, so your regular bookings keep working around them.
Is Smash hard to use?
No. If you can post on Facebook or WhatsApp, you can use Smash. Creating an event takes a few minutes, and we help you set up your first one.
Do I need a designer to make posters?
No. Smash creates professional posters from your event details, with your club's logo and colors. No design skills needed.
Do players need to download an app?
No. Players can see your events and sign up on your public event page. Players with the free Smash app also get alerts about nearby events and can follow them.
How many events can I create?
